Can I send a file electronically for translation instead of visiting the office?
In most cases, yes, files can be sent electronically. However, for certain types of documents, especially legal files, the original document may still be required.
Can I receive the translated file electronically and collect the printed version later?
Yes, this is possible provided that the printed copy is collected within one month from the electronic delivery date. After this period, the institution is no longer responsible for translated or original documents.
Another person may collect the documents on your behalf by presenting the payment receipt along with their national ID card.
